SAMPLE BREAKFAST:
Spinach omelet, homemade breakfast sausage, yogurt with granola, fresh orange and carrot juice, grilled boleos with butter and a sampling of marmalades or jellies, fresh cut fruits from the area and native coffee or hot tea.

SAMPLE DINNER:
1st course:
Seafood Martini (with shrimp, crab and lobster)--served in a martini glass with chopsticks.
Sake served with this course.
2nd course:
Cold Avocado Soup with grilled crouton, sour cream and caviar.
White wine with this course.
3rd course:
Fresh greens, tomato, beets and glazed pecans with blue cheese dressing.
White wine with this course.
4th course:
Homemade watermelon sorbet.
5th course:
Chicken Marsala with mushrooms; served with fresh spinach and local baby carrots.
Red Wine with this course.
6th course:
Chocolate covered individual sponge cakes with homemade ginger ice cream (star fruit and mint garnish). Champagne served with this course.

Dinners starting at $40 US.
VJ converts it to pesos on request at the current exchange rate.
Additional wine, beer and mixed drinks are available for purchase.
